is a Hong Kong registered charitable organisation established in 1985. Our mission is to serve individuals and families, in particular the disadvantaged, marginalized and displaced, to achieve self-reliance and progress their lives, regardless of their gender, race or religion. We are looking for high calibre to join the following vacancy on contract basis:

Manager - Social Enterprise Division
Job Reference number: M/SED/SCMP


  • To plan effective business strategies and long term direction for Social Enterprise Division to achieve targeted objectives and profitability

  • To analyse and evaluate performance and market data, and translating them into sales & marketing strategies

  • To liaise with external business associations to build up business networks and opportunities

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the plans that will establish and maintain current and long-range development for the Division

  • To oversee policy, procedures and sales & marketing plan of the Division


  • Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or relevant discipline with minimum 8 years supervisory experiences, MBA holder is desirable

  • Possesses track records in developing new businesses and leading these plans into successful business is a definite advantage

  • Decisive, detail-oriented, well-organized, creative, problem-solving and able to work under pressure, with excellent and creative presentation

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

  • Preference will be given to those who have experience in tendering government projects
