is a Hong Kong registered charitable organisation established in 1985. Our mission is to serve individuals and families, in particular the disadvantaged, marginalized and displaced, to achieve self-reliance and progress their lives, regardless of their gender, race or religion. We are looking for high calibre to join the following vacancy on contract basis: Manager - Social Enterprise Division Job Reference number: M/SED/SCMP Responsibilities: To plan effective business strategies and long term direction for Social Enterprise Division to achieve targeted objectives and profitability To analyse and evaluate performance and market data, and translating them into sales & marketing strategies To liaise with external business associations to build up business networks and opportunities Responsible for the development and implementation of the plans that will establish and maintain current and long-range development for the Division To oversee policy, procedures and sales & marketing plan of the Division Requirements: Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or relevant discipline with minimum 8 years supervisory experiences, MBA holder is desirable Possesses track records in developing new businesses and leading these plans into successful business is a definite advantage Decisive, detail-oriented, well-organized, creative, problem-solving and able to work under pressure, with excellent and creative presentation Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua Preference will be given to those who have experience in tendering government projects Interested parties, please send your applications with full career details, present and expected salary to: Human Resources Department, Christian Action, 4/F New Horizons Building, 2 Kwun Tong Road, Kowloon Or email to hrmgr@christian-action.org.hk.
